It takes a full 7-10 days for a tattoo to heal. After getting a new tattoo - avoid swimming, taking bubble baths, and in general to not to expose your open wound (which it is) to infection.

7-10 days, it will come off naturally. When it does, you can gently wash the tattoo and moisturize it.
